I am a psychologist, psychoanalyst, and organizational consultant. In addition to my clinical practice, I offer psychologically informed consultation to organizations, helping them develop and strengthen structures for reflective, trauma-informed leadership and practice.

My background includes advanced training in psychology and psychoanalysis, nonprofit management experience, and a second doctorate in literature, which further shapes my way of reading and analyzing the emotional life of individuals and groups.

I co-direct the Community Psychoanalysis Concentration at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, a program that offers an intentional space for psychoanalytic practitioners, community clinicians, and members of other communities to come together in meaningful exchanges that can lead to action and change.

I train and present on the impact of social and historical realities on mental health, group and organizational dynamics, individual and collective trauma, trauma-informed practice, and sociopolitical issues in psychotherapy.
